Also, doing low-carb is almost impossible for me. Mentally, emotionally and physically. I had almost no energy, felt sluggish and heavy and stressed over cravings. Eating high fruit just feels natural and easy for me. Especially when it includes lots of greens.
I really agree with Douglas Grahams points and know that healing is very likely on this type of diet. Its never just one thing though, its a combination. The low-fat will help prevent excess sugar from sticking in the blood, but also, this diet will help to heal organs, improve adrenal function, and keep me hydrated, among many others. I also have to try to sleep earlier, have frequent small meals, stay relaxed and positive, avoid stressful situations or shows, laugh, dance, do hobbies, take walks, deep breath, and so on. Having faith in what you do it also important. I've had a tendency to give up on things too quickly, without letting them fully prove themselves.I'm not ready to take it on today. It will happen when its meant to. Important thing is to keep the candida in check first, then focus on deeper healing. :)
